Enphana Health and Safety Disclaimer

Effective date: August 17, 2026 Last updated: August 17, 2026

Enphana is a personal wellness tracking and reflection tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, diagnostic system, treatment plan, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not rely on Enphana for medical decisions

The App lets you record information about food, sleep, activity, symptoms or experiences, and self-directed experiments. Its charts, patterns, correlations, nutrition information, and experiment results are informational only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unrelated to the cause of a health concern. A correlation or pattern shown by the App does not establish medical causation, safety, effectiveness, diagnosis, or treatment.

Do not start, stop, delay, or change medication, diet, exercise, supplement, treatment, or other healthcare decision based only on Enphana. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about questions or concerns involving your health, diet, activity, symptoms, medications, or treatment.

Emergencies

Enphana is not monitored by clinicians and does not provide emergency monitoring, alerts, or crisis response. Do not use Enphana in an emergency. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (911 in the United States and Canada) or seek urgent medical care. Do not wait for an App entry, pattern, or response.

Use care with self-experiments

You are responsible for any experiment, dietary change, activity change, or other action you choose to take. Do not use the App to test changes that may be unsafe for you. In particular, do not use Enphana alone to test medication dose or treatment changes, elimination diets, food challenges, or other changes that could create a safety risk. Get professional guidance before making changes that could affect a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, eating disorder, allergy, injury, or mental-health concern.

Nutrition and imported-data limits

Food, barcode, nutrition, sleep, activity, and health-platform data may be missing, estimated, outdated, or incorrectly mapped. Nutrition information is general information and may not account for your medical conditions, allergies, medications, nutritional needs, or dietary restrictions. Verify labels, portions, ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information independently. Do not use the App to make food-safety, allergy, or medical-nutrition decisions without appropriate professional guidance.

Apple Health and Health Connect

If you choose to import data from Apple Health or Health Connect, Enphana displays and uses that data to provide its local wellness-tracking features. The availability and accuracy of imported data depend on the connected platform, device, permissions, and source. Enphana does not independently validate it.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer and the Terms of Use. Questions can be sent to support@colyden.com.
