Enphana Subscription Terms

Effective date: August 17, 2026 Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Subscription Terms supplement the Enphana Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, the mandatory terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play store through which you purchase control for that purchase.

1. What Premium provides

Enphana Premium provides ongoing access to the App's creation and editing features. With an active trial or subscription, you can add and update wellness reflections, meals, sleep, activities, and personal experiments, and continue building your personal record over time.

If your trial or subscription ends, you can continue to view your existing history and use available export, import, and deletion controls. You will not be able to create or update paid-feature content until you start another eligible trial or have an active subscription.

2. Trial and plans

The App may offer an initial 30-day Premium access trial to eligible users after they sign in to an Enphana account and activate the trial. The trial is an Enphana product-access trial: it does not enroll you in a paid store subscription, and it does not automatically charge you when it ends.

After the trial, continued Premium access may require an active subscription. The App may offer the following standard subscription plans when purchasing is available:

PlanReference priceBilling period
MonthlyUS$9.99monthly
AnnualUS$79.99yearly

The store checkout screen is the authoritative source for a plan's availability, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, renewal terms, and any free trial, introductory offer, or promotion. Prices and availability may vary by country, platform, tax, or promotion. Do not rely on a reference price where the store displays a different price.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play through the account you use with that store. Unless the store checkout screen says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled and your store account is charged for each renewal period.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. RevenueCat is used to help administer subscription entitlements and restore purchases. The App may use your Enphana account identifier to associate an entitlement with your Enphana account where supported.

4. Cancellation and managing a subscription

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple or Google account's subscription settings. The App includes a Manage subscription action that directs you to the relevant store. Deleting the App, deleting local data, disabling a device permission, or deleting an Enphana account does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation takes effect under the applicable store's rules. You generally retain Premium access through the end of the already-paid period unless the store tells you otherwise.

5. Restoring purchases

If you re-install the App or use another eligible device, sign in to the Enphana account associated with your subscription and use the App's Restore purchases action. Availability of a restored entitlement depends on the applicable store, your store account, and the App's supported-platform configuration.

Restoring access does not restore locally stored wellness data. Local data, exports, backups, and deletion are handled separately under the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the policy of the store through which you purchased. Enphana cannot promise, issue, or override a store refund decision.

7. Changes to plans or prices

We may change future plan availability, pricing, or features as permitted by applicable law and store rules. Changes to an existing subscription, including a price increase, will be handled through the applicable store's required notice and consent process where required.

8. Questions

For billing or access issues, contact support@colyden.com. For payment disputes, cancellation, or refunds, first use the applicable app store's support tools.
